hi, i’m the girl in the cowboy hat. also the creator of Darlin’ hair + home. the two things i love to do the most, hair + decorating. my main focus is making sure my clientele feels the most beautiful + comfortable inside and out. when dreaming up my concept of darlin’ i wanted to build a space that felt cozy, warm + welcoming. i listen to you and your hair needs to ensure i’m providing a healthy environment for both.
in hopes of one day i will be able to come decorate your homes too. (more to come in the future!)

i’m a nurturer at heart, so when my sister dreamt up Darlin’, it only made sense for me to step into the role of salon mom. when you’re here you’ll most likely find me decorating, making hot tea, tending to our plants, & just making sure you’re having a lovely + enjoyable experience. in the days away from my Darlin’ family, i’m happiest cozied up at home with my two greatest loves, ben + rosie. spending the weekends cooking, watching fun shows, + going for long walks.

we understand that changes are unavoidable, and a cancellation may be necessary. to ensure that our stylists' time is valued, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations before your scheduled appointment. this gives us time to try to fill the cancellation and not negatively impact the stylist.
cancellations can be made through the appointment confirmation text/email or by TEXTING the salon (463) 280-1255.
***CANCELLING THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA WILL NOT BE VALID.
cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service price. in the event of a no-call, no-show appointment, the full service price will be charged. we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our stylists' schedules. the fee must be met before rescheduling another appointment. -
please text us asap if you know you are running late. you may be asked to reschedule if you are more that 15 minutes late for your appointment and charged the 50% fee.

most parking around us is free. there are spots along the street right in front of the salon on virginia ave. there is a parking lot on woodlawn, next to bovaconti coffee (old filling station behind redline bus stop). that lot, along with the one right behind it on woodlawn are complimentary.
